Hajime Tonkatsu & Ramen Experience

Visit to Hajime Tonkatsen & Ramen!
So proud of my dear friend, whom I watched him from an ah boy to now, a successful entrepreneur

Watching all these good friends of mine, stepping into a new chapter of their life is the most awesome and rewarding thing that could happen.
Well, that also means that I am getting older, OMG. So grateful to have all of them in my life.

Emotions aside, the food was really good. This is my 2nd visit and will definitely be back.
The Premium Pork Loin, priced at S$19.90 and Tonkatsu Ramen priced at S$#14.90 is a must-try!

About Hajime
The passion for Japanese cuisine led Chef Tan-San to start Hajime in 2016. Hajime is the Japanese word for "beginning" (初め) and the short form for “Hajimemashite”, which means “Nice to meet you”. It represents our philosophy of going back to food’s beginning and our warm welcome to all patrons.
Bringing over 25 years of experience to the kitchen, Chef Tan-San’s journey began after a stint in Japan, where he mastered the art of Tonkatsu and returned in 1993 to helm the kitchen of Tonkichi - making him the first Tonkatsu chef in Singapore.

In 2004, he took on the challenge of starting up Tampopo which has since become a household name for authentic Japanese cuisine in Singapore. With a dedication to perfection and serving quality food to his customers, Chef Tan-San is famed for various creations such as Kurobuta Pork Tonkatsu and Tonkatsu Ramen.

Check out the suave chef, Chef Tan-San, the first Tonkatsu Chef in Singapore!

Bodacious Date

Have heard so much about Bodacious and their food. Finally got my foot set there. Lucky enough to meet the boss there too! A very successful young entrepreneur. Also a man with a big heart, giving his all to charity.

Bodacious, nestled in a cosy corner in Biopolis Way. Nice location and have ample parking options. The new mediacorp is just a street away!

Had a date with hubs that day before heading over to watch The Noose, Kakis @ The Theatre by Mediacorp

Beautiful interior with many nice corners for pictures

As usual, hands on the phone while the wife is busy taking pictures

The Dinner;

Laksa Pasta!

And mine, Seabass with mashed potatoes!

Love the place. Will plan for another trip there soon.

Thank you again for the support during the pageant!

Seafood Sensation

Awesome spread. Great service. Value for Money. Most importantly Yummy!
Needless to say, its Everyone's favourite - Seafood!

Fresh seafood. From crabs, lobsters, to mussels and clams..

#Seafu, nested in one of the streets in Geylang. You wouldn't believe that's such good food there

Seafu, is a homegrown seafood place and concept was simple. Put all your fav crabs, lobster, mussels together and serve. To my surprise, comparing to other seafood chains in the market they are much more affordable and equally tasty. Well, the location is more for a casual dinner dates rather than the posh ones which you have to at least put on your jeans.

Eye-Catching logo;

And here's the menu. Simple and easy to decide. No complication on the add-ons or sauces;

Food was served very quickly and they even gave us gloves!
The happy trio;

Definitely a place worth visiting. Good for gathering and family get-togethers
